No matter where I am, my favorite place is in the water. I always want to jump in.
Rediscovering how to "dive in" with intention has provided purpose and well-being for me. Although water is just one way to connect with life, it's offered many inspiring solutions to physical and mental health for myself and others.

I love reading about the motivation behind the goals of other swimmers. How they were inspired, how they trained, how they overcame challenges.
